Academia is supposed to be relatively safe givenx the turmoil in the economy recently…who knows though. Anyway, now I have time to read all the literature I can find about Autonomic computing technologies. This is a big area I think, even IBM is into it…as well as some companies in Switzerland like Whitestein, etc. Anyway, thesis is done etc…got 63…that’s a B grade in Edinburgh standards. Hallelujah chorus ensues.

Yeah…so, I’m gonna have to revise alot of things, and to think again. Started doing Bagua some more just to feel good, although I need to go a bit further with it…I saw there were some good looking classes in Verona like once per month…it’s an hour away, but maybe I could use the time there. We’ll see.
Oh, and Ebenezer (my lappy) has had a critical fan problem, so I requested a temporary replacement…an acer travelmate 250…with a bit too much fan power. Oh well. Let’s see if I can afford that macbook come Dec.
